These Terms describe use of Foliofold. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate account information. Foliofold provides tools for drafting, formatting, reviewing, and publishing career documents. The service is not legal, financial, recruiting, or employment advice.

Plans are offered on a monthly subscription basis after the stated trial period. Unless cancelled before the next renewal, a subscription automatically renews for another monthly period at the then-current price applicable to the plan. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes. A discount code such as FOLIO10 applies only according to its stated terms.

You are responsible for the content you create and publish. You represent that you have the rights needed to use uploaded material, images, trademarks, and other content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious material. You retain ownership of your documents; the service receives only the rights needed to operate, maintain, secure, and provide requested features.

ATS-related features are formatting checks and suggestions. They do not guarantee parsing, ranking, interviews, offers, or employment. Foliofold makes no promise of any job-search result, and no feature should be interpreted as a guarantee of employment.

We may update features, pricing, or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable product or account notices.
